I strongly encourage all clients to bring inspiration photos when receiving a color service. Since "warm," "neutral," and "cool" can mean one thing to me and something totally different to you, inspiration pictures help make sure we are on the same page. Your hair history, at home hair care regimen, and the degree of investment you are comfortable with are also key factors to discuss at the start of your appointment. Custom color and blonding services can book out 3-6 hours depending on hair density and length.
