I've been in the industry for over 15 years and started my own business 6 years ago. I continue to pursue educational courses and invest in my craft so I can better serve you. I strongly encourage all clients bring inspiration photos when receiving a color service to help make sure we are on the same page. Your hair history, at home hair care regimen, and the degree of investment you are comfortable with are also key factors to discuss at the start of your appointment. Custom color and blonding services can book out 3-6 hours depending on hair density and length. So please discuss the time restrictions you may have at the start of your appointment as well. Please view my salon policies below. **Client Satisfaction & Hair Health Policy** I deeply value every client relationship and take great pride in delivering professional, personalized hair care. Open Communication: If you ever have a concern after your appointment, please reach out to me directly within 7 days so I can address it promptly and offer a solution. Results & Maintenance: During each appointment, I will consult thoroughly to ensure we are on the same page about your goals, expectations, and what your hair can realistically handle. I do not perform services that I believe could compromise your hair’s health. Late Arrival Policy: I understand life happens! However, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their service modified or rescheduled, out of respect for the schedule of all clients. Refund Policy: Because time, product, and expertise go into every session, I do not offer refunds on services. However, I am always happy to provide a complimentary adjustment within 7 days if something isn’t quite right. Your trust means the world to me. Cancellation Policy

Please note my strict cancelation policy. If you are 20 or more minutes late, it is an automatic no-show, and you will be charged a no-show fee that must be paid immediately, or you will not be permitted to make future appointments. No show fee is a charge of 50% of your scheduled service the first time and a 100% charge of your scheduled service for subsequent no shows. I understand emergencies happen. Please try to give at least a 24 hour notice of cancelation if possible.
